High quality education for all ages is very important to all of us here in Goodwater. As a City Government, we work to build strong, supportive partnerships with all of our educational institutions.
Primary and secondary students are served by the Coosa County School District with approximately 1,300 students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Well‐coordinated programs provide students with strong basic skills and specialized training. The district is comprised of one high school (Central High School), one elementary school (Central Elementary) and Coosa Career Technical Center.
